Delivery times range from 1 to 4 days with most locations receiving product in 1 to 2 days. All orders received by 1:00PM (EST) will be shipped that same day if the product is available. We maintain a large inventory of all products and will in most cases have what you need on hand. This catalog specifies what products include shipping and what prodcuts do not. Please contact us to answer any specific questions you may have about shipping time and shipping charges.
Products may not be returned without a Return Authorization Number, which must be obtained within 30 days of the product being received at your location. No credit can be given without this number. We take full responsibility for defective products, but cannot accept responsibility for product damaged in shipping, or by other means outside of our control. All shipments must be carefully inspected before signing the freight bill. Concealed damage is the responsibility of the customer, and must be reported to the carrier within 15 days.
